How to become a vendor?

The search for vendors for 2024 is now open – come and offer your expertise to our guests! You can rent a stall for the entire Christmas Market season or for three days with the Tonttula day stalls. Check out the options and find a stall that suits you.

The Christmas Market will process the application and you will receive an answer within one day. You can apply to become a vendor by filling in the attached forms:

Application form

You will be selected as a vendor for the Christmas market and your application is binding. The vendor agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the event and any instructions issued separately.

Cabin Prices

  • Stalls rental in 2024 for the entire duration of the Christmas Market event:

    • Cabin A: 2.563 EUR + water and sewerage fee + VAT 24%, cottage size approx. 10 m2 (food sales only)
    • Cabin B: 1.840 EUR + VAT 24%, cabin size approx. 7 m2
    • Cabin C: 1.426 EUR + VAT 24%, cabin size approx. 5 m2
    • Cabin N: 2.024 EUR + VAT 24% (suitable for food sales)
    • Cabin D: 1.840 EUR + VAT 24%, cabin size approx. 6 m2

    The prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Cabin types

    • Approved mobile food establishment
    • Can be connected to water and sewer networks
    • Two cold counters available upon request
    • Fixtures: Sink for washing hands and dishes, water heater, closet
    • Gas barbecues not allowed inside
    • Area: ca. 10m2
    • Size: ca. 4.2m x 2.4 m
    • Colours: Cabins A1-A3 lingonberry red, cabins A4-A5 terracotta red

    • Approved mobile food establishment
    • Cannot be connected to water and sewer networks
    • Fixtures: Water tank holder, sink for washing hands, closet
    • Cold counter upon request
    • Gas barbecues allowed (maximum amount of gas stored inside the cabin is 25kg), splatter guard included in the cabin
    • Sizes: small N: ca. 2.8m x 2.4m; Large N: ca. 6.0m x 2.4m
    • Area: small N ca. 7m2 (cabins N2 – N4 and N6 – N9), large N: ca. 14m2 (cabins N1 and N5)
    • Colour: all type N cabins are red

    • Not an approved mobile food establishment. Pre-packaged foods can be served.
    • Cannot be connected to water and sewer networks
    • No cold counters
    • No closet space
    • Size: ca. 2.8m x 2.4m
    • Area: ca. 7m2
    • Yellow cabins B1 – B4, B6-B7 and B10 (7 in total)
    • Red cabins B5, B12 – B13, B18 – B19 (5 in total)
    • Grey cabins B8 – B9, B11, B14 – B17 (7 in total)

    • Not an approved mobile food establishment. Pre-packaged foods can be served.
    • Cannot be connected to water and sewer networks
    • No cold counters
    • No closet space
    • Size: ca. 2m x 2.4m
    • Area: ca. 5m2
    • Red cabins C1, C4-C5, C10 (5 in total)
    • Grey cabins C2 – C3, C6 – C7, C9 (5 in total)

  • Dimensions of the D sales stalls:

    • Width 3.20 m
    • Depth 2.40 m
    • Room height 2.20 m
    • The width of the sales window is 2.70 m
    • The height of the sales window is 1200 cm from the lower edge of the hatch to the upper edge
    • The height of the sales window is 800 cm from the floor of the cottage
    • Sales counter 2.70 x approx. 0.4 m (in two parts)
    • The stall is equipped with electricity (maximum consumption 3600W)

    The vendor brings with him or her:

    • Necessary electrical boxes (1-2 junction boxes ready in the stall)
    • Lighting
    • Heating (maximum power 1500 w)
    • Shelves and decorations
    • Padlock for the door (provide a spare key to the Christmas Market organizer)
